Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Paidquay (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and what choices you have. Paidquay is operated by Aung Myint Myat, an individual, who is the data controller for this website. You can contact us at aungmmbai@gmail.com.
1. The free invoice generator
Everything you type into the invoice generator stays in your browser. Drafts are saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device. We do not receive, store, or see your invoices, client details, or logo. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
2. The waitlist: what we collect

3. Marketing emails are opt-in
Joining the waitlist does not sign you up for marketing. We send product news, tips, or offers only if you tick the separate, optional marketing checkbox. You can withdraw that consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent doesn’t remove you from the waitlist unless you ask.
4. Legal bases
Where laws like the GDPR apply, we process waitlist data to take the steps you asked for (sending your invite) and for our legitimate interest in planning the product. Marketing emails rely on your consent.
5. Who processes your data for us
We don’t sell your personal data. We use these service providers, which process data on our behalf:
- Supabase: database hosting for the waitlist, located in the United States (AWS us-east-1, N. Virginia).
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Resend: sending emails.
These providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until you ask us to delete it, or until 24 months after the product launches, whichever comes first. Records of marketing consent may be kept for as long as needed to show we respected your choice.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email aungmmbai@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics on it. If that changes, we’ll update this section.
9. Security
Waitlist data is stored in a database that can only be written to by our server. Public access is blocked by row-level security, and connections are encrypted in transit.
10. Children
Paidquay is a business tool and isn’t intended for anyone under 16.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. If the changes are significant, we’ll tell waitlist members by email.
